At Grand Chapter we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are hemp-derived consumables, some rules apply for safety and compliance reasons. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from grandchapter.shop you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, with all labels and seals intact.
Proof of purchase (your order number or order confirmation email) is required for every return.
Requests made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used (flower, pre-rolls, vapes, gummies, concentrates, and other consumables).
Products with a broken tamper seal or damaged packaging caused after delivery.
Free gifts, promotional items, and gift cards.
Clearance or final-sale items, where marked as such at the time of purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items
We inspect every order before it ships, but if something goes wrong we will make it right.
Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item(s), whichever you prefer. We cover any return shipping in these cases.
Vape devices that stop working within 7 days of delivery are covered as defective items under this section.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
Email [email protected] (or use our Contact Us page) with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with approval and return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send any product back before receiving these instructions — unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of approval. We recommend a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at [email protected].
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we pay return shipping.
For all other approved returns (for example, a change of mind on an unopened item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled; it will follow the return process above.
9. Orders to Restricted States
We do not ship to states where our products are prohibited or restricted (see the state restrictions listed in our website footer and Shipping Policy). Any order placed with a shipping address in a restricted state will be cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that our products are legal in their state before ordering.
10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a failed age verification on delivery, or because it was refused or unclaimed, we will refund the product cost less the original shipping charges once the package arrives back to us. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
11. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first — we resolve almost every issue quickly with a replacement or refund. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay the resolution, and orders associated with fraudulent chargebacks may result in the account being blocked from future purchases.
